Based in China, Hunter's Training is the brainchild of a team of dedicated and experience ESL teachers who strive to improve the proficiency and professionalism of the industry. The demand for English throughout the world has resulted in the teaching English as a foreign language industry evolving drastically, for the better. Gone are the times when an unqualified native English speaker could land in a foreign country and become a teacher. In modern times, recognised training is very important to ensure that students receive the highest standard of education.
Currently around the globe, every industry evolves quickly and individuals need to keep up with changing times in order to maintain employability.
At Hunter's Training, the team have not only the professional qualifications to train teachers for the industry, but also a wealth of experience obtained through a great many years working in the language classroom. All the trainers have experience in ESL teaching from kindergarten through university and beyond, and also in coaching the internationally accredited English exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, and Cambridge exams), as well as classes for specific purposes.
Not only do we train what we teach, we teach what we train.
While a large part of our time is spent training teachers for the industry, the remaining part of our time is spent in ESL classrooms honing out skills with real English language students. This way, we know that what we teach has practical applications in the classroom.
